Here is the link: http://ebay.to/2FnZ8PN This watch has a "Buy It Now" price of $3,000.00. This price is well under market value. There are so many replicas, fakes, counterfeits... To fakewatchbusta, the old adage "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is" applies here. Watch out for seemingly incredible deals on Rolex watches online. Countless stories are out there of people being burned. $3000 is about 1/3 of current market value. If $3,000 were needed for that watch, the seller could have easily gotten the money within minutes by taking it to a jeweler, watchmaker, or pawn shop... locally... without having to take the time and without having to make the effort (taking photos, writing description, etc.) to post the item on ebay. Also, one should note that by selling locally, the seller would not incur ebay listing and final value fees and would not incur paypal fees. However, by selling locally, the watch would have been subject to inspection (opening the caseback to see the movement for starters). To fakewatchbusta, the date magnification looks a little off. If you look at the photo of the back of the watch, the end links don't sit properly between the lugs. The crown guards and lugs seem like those on a modern 116610LV which would have a cerachrome bezel insert. The Rolex coronet looks wrong. This watch looks like a combination of a 116610LV and a 16610LV, but there are many things that are just wrong. The clasp is also wrong for a 116610LV. fakewatchbusta feels sorry for the sucker who buys this watch.

Elijah J. Scott, 22, and Maurice M. Jackson, 23, of Michigan, allegedly bought the watches at Jewelry Design. One was worth about $6,600, the other $9,000. They asked the store to order five more watches and they would pick them up later.

They were arrested and held without bond.

January 6, 2018 - Recently fakewatchbusta investigated this guy. His name is Robert. He claims his address is 114 Cascade Street, Las Vegas, NV 89148 in his ad. His phone number is 702-955-2943. He drives a black Chevy Suburban with 22s and on the back window it says "Fuck Work." Robert has a listing on craigslist in Las Vegas for a Rolex Submariner priced at $6900. The problem is that when we met with Robert, we opened the case and what do you know... a fake Rolex movement was inside. He was willing to accept $6000 for this counterfeit Rolex. Here is a link to the ad: https://lasvegas.craigslist.org/jwl/d/rolex-submariner/6413098008.html This is a Felony in Nevada and a Felony under Federal Law.
fakewatchbusta believes it is likely that Robert has more than one of these fake Rolexes that he is selling as genuine and may have burned multiple people in this Illegal Scam. NOTE - This watch includes either a genuine appraisal by Fast Fix who were fooled into thinking it is real or a Counterfeit Appraisal.
Screen shot taken as proof for Local Law Enforcement; Federal Law Enforcement; GAF (Gibney, Anthony, and Flaherty - Rolex General IP Counsel - John Macaluso); and Investigative Consultants - I lay it out, so y'all can play it out. Bust this clown.
Additional Photos provided by our investigator. Notice the balance bridge in the additional photos. It is not genuine. It proves the movement is fake.
The photos of the movement show that it is WRONG. Here is a photo taken from Watch Out on Rolex Forums (Link to Rolex Forums Watch Out Area) that shows the difference between a Genuine Rolex 3135 movement and 2 different fake movements on the market:

SAN DIEGO – A Border Patrol agent was arrested last month for selling counterfeit luxury watches and could face federal charges, it was reported Wednesday.
Martin Macias, 31, is accused of selling counterfeit Rolex, Cartier, Audemars Piguet, and Hublot watches during two undercover stings earlier this year, the San Diego Union-Tribune reported, citing a search warrant affidavit unsealed in San Diego federal court last week. Macias earned about $320 per counterfeit watch, which if genuine would have sold for between $10,000 and $79,000.
When Macias was arrested Aug. 2 following a second undercover sale, he allegedly told sheriff’s deputies “I’m going to lose my job.” Macias’ current employment status is unknown.
ebay seller tigger11762 is selling a replica Breitling watch on ebay. This is a Federal Felony and is also a serious Crime in the State of New York. This seller tigger11762 should be pursued by local Police, Federal Agents, and Attorneys for Breitling. Trademark Counterfeiting is not a victimless crime. In addition to being a Crime, Trademark Counterfeiting can be pursued in Civil Court as a Violation of the Lanham Act.

This is the worst of the worst. Counterfeit "replica" high-end vintage timepieces made to deceive. Selling items bearing counterfeit trademarks is a Federal Felony and is also a serious Crime in the State of California. But this seller is selling a watch that emulates a very expensive vintage Blancpain. It would be very challenging for pawn shops and potential future buyers to know whether or not it is authentic.
This guy needs to get prosecuted for Trademark Infringement at the very least. I can think of a couple of other charges that the Feds and local Cops could tack on to a seller of a watch like this.
Don't let this guy get away with this. This watch can cause an unsuspecting collector to lose tens of thousands of dollars in the future.
30granite needs to be exposed. This is utterly ridiculous.
Here is the link to 30granite's listing of this fake Blancpain watch on ebay: Click Here to see this fake Blancpain and help get the seller locked up.
Don't let him get away with it. If you are in Berkeley, California, contact the local police and the local FBI to report this watch. Don't let Blancpain and future unsuspecting collectors be victimized.
Help fight the war against counterfeit watches. The term counterfeit also applies to replicas, clones, fakes, etc. They are all counterfeits and it is a crime to sell these watches. The seller can also face Civil Litigation for violating the Lanham Act.
Screen Shot taken on 01-02-2018 and is attached as use for evidence for Law Enforcement and Lawyers for the Victim (Blancpain) and any potential future person who is duped by this watch.
